In December 1990, Miss Ponnappa retired. Mr Foo Chee Meng took over
In 1991, The school building underwent major renovations to create more classrooms after Rosyth was selected to pilot the Day School Programme.
In 1992, the Day School Programme was implemented. School functioned fom 0830 to 1530 with two vice-principals. Students had their lunch in school. An optional “After School Care Programme” (1530-1800) is offered.
In 1993, the Day School pilot scheme ended and Rosyth reverted to a single-session school.
In 1994, a new House System was launched with four houses – Cheetah, Jaguar, Panther and Puma.
In 1995, Rosyth was selected as a pilot- school in the AITP project.
