ROSYTH 60th
ANNIVERSARY
JEFFREY KOH WEE CHONG
Impact on My Life
I was appointed to be the school Prefect from 1976 to 1977 and proud to be setting an example for others younger junior school mates.
I remembered once in school when I was to represent the school in the annual track and field sporting meet in Toa Payoh stadium for the 100m and 4x100m relay during the heats. I had no money t for lunch. Then a caring teacher Madam Kesavan (probably later got married and known as Mrs Lee) brought me to her home in Phillips Avenue and cook a large plate of fried rice for me so that I would have energy and strength to run.
Thank you Rosyth School and Mrs Lee for making a memorable mark in my life that school was not just about books but love!
