Memories of Rosyth
I have so many recollections of my three years at Rosyth. From the cringe-worthy, such as not doing any homework for the first three months in Primary Four to making a dish of healthy food. I think my group made a fruit salad.
My many memories are all insights into three years of my life growing up, coping with schoolwork, sitting right in front with the other cheekiest boy in class, the delicious nasi lemak and banana ball cake from the Muslim stall, one of my first crushes, the year-long projects we had to do, standing outside Science class because I forgot my textbook (again), learning that plasticine models are better than styrofoam ones to demonstrate contours, playing games after PSLE.
Sometimes, after extra lessons, I would be in the school till evening, waiting for my father and usually almost no one else would be around. Those quiet evenings, hanging on the monkey bars, observing the stillness in the quadrangle and playing hopscotch in the sand were also wonderful.
