Impact on My Life

The teacher in charge of badminton, Ms Jocelyn Tan, who was the GEP Maths teacher made a great impact in my life. At that time, I was doing badly in my studies and I stopped believing that I could do well academically. She saw the determination I had in badminton and gave me  extra lessons, together with some pupils from the GEP.  I could hardly made it to the Express stream with my mid-year grades but her strong faith in me led me to score 1A* and 3 As at PSLE which was way better than what I  thought I could achieve.
